Why is it that when I approve a message (with the Editor, hold "OK"
setting) with the listserv subject:
PSRT-L: approval required (52B181)
 
I get back a confirmation message for:
APPROVE PSRT-L 77042F
 
The confirmation is not less helpful if the message numbers do
not match.
