Another thing you could do is set
 
* SizeLim= 200
 
or some number that's small enough to bounce long uuencoded binaries
but big enough to allow most messages through.  (That's 200 <lines>, btw,
~14KB depending on line length, etc.--and you have to count header lines
in the total.)  Sure, they'll find ways around this...they'll break
up the binaries into smaller pieces and send multiple sections.  But
sooner or later they'll get tired of it.  :)
