A  user was having problems getting a file from our list. I discovered
that he was issuing a get plus file names but not our listname. I told
him he needed to include the listname as well (which worked, of course).
Here is his reply:

   Thanx for your note.   Hmmm.  This is not the standard way that
the listserv GET command is known to function.  I would imagine much
of your time would be saved in answering such mail if such files were
made available in the standard way.
 
   Just a suggestion, not a complaint.

Am I missing something here? Is there some way to configure things so the
listname doesn't have to be included in the GET?  It seems when I've
gotten files from other lists, I've included the listname, but is my
understanding faulty?
