Having Listserv filter on the rotating bottom banner would be a big help in
keeping some of the excess quoting off of lists ... I think a bigger help
would be if companies like Microsoft and Netscape set their software so
that it does not automatically quote by default when you install it. At
least that it one problem that AOL doesn't have.
