Well that explains it then. You need to use your own mail server as
the SMTP_FORWARD. LSoft does not allow relaying through our servers
except by special arrangement. We used to allow people to use
SWMAIL.LSOFT.COM for people evaluating LISTSERV, but we had to stop
because spammers started abusing it.
