Is she in DIGEST mode? Is she in MAIL (not NOMAIL) mode?

Is her mail handled by more than one mail exchanger? (NSLOOKUP SET TYPE=MX).

Can she receive LISTSERV distribute mail from other lists, regardless of host site?

Also, are there any other subscribers at her site?  If so, what is their status of receiving list mail?
