Renaming a list involves as much work as creating a new one and
deleting the old. This seems to be a problem with Sendmail. The admin
has to update the Sendmail aliases with the new list names.

The admin has to check the list headers. Sometimes tweaking the Owner
lines and PUTting the list header back clears this problem.
