The TOP-TEN list went on temporary hiatus while the listowner
investigated whether he was violating any copyrights and whether
or not he would get into any trouble with CBS.
 
He has since been given the "OK" from CBS, but the list is being moved
to MCSNet.  Right now it's in a transition state so no TOP-TEN lists are
being mailed.
