Get your listname.mailtpl file, if you have one established, and add
something like what's below to the end of it.  To see the result of this
particular set-up, browse to
http://listserv.american.edu/archives/shotimes-l.html  If you don't have a
listname.mailtpl file established, just create a file like the one below
and put it as your listname.mailtpl file.
