I found it.  There is a command called lcmd that allows me to
queue up commands, but there's no telling where the replies are
going.  Probably to the list owners, so I'm not going to do that
anymore until I figure how to use it. :)

Oops, would that be the LSTSRV-L list?  I was looking through the
archives and saw questions of similar nature and I was pretty sure
it was to this list.  Note I say was because I just looked again
and sure enough I should have sent these questions to LSTSRV-L
instead.  Sorry about that.

Currently the list header has 'Errors-to= owner' but that doesn't
appear to be all that needs to be done.  Users are posting messages
and they are receiving the bounce messages and not the owner of the
list.
