I don't think you can achieve what you're trying to do with NOMAIL unless
you disable  loop checking for QUAKER-M,  which of course will  work fine
until one of the owners has a bad  account or DNS, and then all hell will
break  loose.  Why  don't you  just  have  people  sign  on and  off  the
management list?
