I have found that some sometimes secondary (non-primary) MX hosts don't
do a "good" job of deliverying mail which often accounts for sporadic
delivery during non-primetime hours.  Your secondary MX is INFINITY.CCSI.COM.

If I were testing, I would generate two e-mails: one through INFINITY as
my SMTP gateway, and the other to QUEST.  This is a configurtion option
in EUDORA or NETSCAPE Messenger.  I'm sure most other mail clients.
