Assuming the owners are listed in the header and OWN can update a
file in an associated filelist,  can one of the owners from a
another, non-VM site, just put
 
PUT FILENAME FILETYPE
 
as the first line to replace a file in the filelist?
    Somehow this seems too simple.  Is there something else
involved?
