It appears that the URL was munged somewhere. If you paste it back together
and remove all occurrences of '3D', it works. The referenced message does
not contain instructions, it contains an invalid link to instructions. The
correct URL is <http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/1.8d/qs/editlogs.html>.
