List Members:

Once again, I am incurring the wrath of Hotmail account users because
they receive 'hundreds' of postings of messages I send to one of our 17
Special Education Lists.  This happened a couple of years ago, but I
can't recall "the fix" if there is one on my end.  Hence, if there is
something I could or should be doing on our end, I would greatly
appreciate any instruction to resolve this problem.  Thanks. FR

PS.. This seems to be affecting ONLY Hotmail users.
