On the other hand, if there is no way to fix it so that someone is
silently set to review, then you can honestly tell people that they
would KNOW if they are.  The reverse problem is people who get
paranoid when AOL messes up and posts get lost in the ether.

One presumes the only way the troublemaker can continue to rant and
rave is to keep changing addresses, and that eventually that would
get stale (if it is AOL addresses, write to AOL management.) --
not to mention expensive.
