When we first started requiring OK for messages to be delivered to our
-REQUEST address, that cut out all spam.  But lately, spam has been
getting thru despite that requirement.  So apparently spammers have
wised up and now they have their own automated system that OKs their
submitted messages.  So up until a few moments ago when I thought that
the OK mechanism was the only spam guard for -REQUEST messages, it
seemed that the sole protection had become defeated by increasingly
sophisticated spammers who now have their own automatic-OK mechanism.

I'm sure that the combination of spam filters plus the OK mechanism
that we have in place now is blocking a lot of spam, and only a small
portion is trickling through.
