Not sure when the newnode tag is acted upon by listserv.  Is it only
once a month when the BITEARN files change?  From time to time I need to
change an FQDN to some other form.  For example, I'd like to change all
people subscribed to all lists as [log in to unmask] to be [log in to unmask]
Simply more efficient for our site.  Seems like there must be a way to
handle this without editing every list.
