I used an OMR before called wsOMR.  It has the capability to read LISTSERV
digested msg into individual msg packets rather than the typical 1 mail
digest.  The author Frank Wang took special cognition of LISTSERV digest
format inorder to do the segregation.
 
It is however still wanting in terms of "foldering" capabilities, which by
the way is currently being worked on together with a winsock capability.
 
Also, wsOMR is a DOS based omr and can read, RFC822, Bluewave, QWK
and SOUP mail formats.
