A number of users at a remote campus location are having their command
files to Listserv rejected because of duplicate "To:" records:

   + To: <[log in to unmask]>
   + To: [log in to unmask]

This appears to have begun happening in the last month.  They are using
Pegasus Mail for Windows (v2.52).

While awaiting a response from the
postmaster at that site, I was wondering if anyone has seen anything
similiar before?
