Well, yes you can block these addresses but they are intended to perform
special functions, so if you block them, those functions will not get
performed.
listname (list posting address)
owner-listname (Used in RFC821 Return-Path for routing error-bounce NDN msgs)
listname-request (alias for the List Owner)
listname-search-request (handles search requests coming
from INDEX mode subscriptions, required for INDEX subscriptions to work)
listname-server (historical, equivalent to LISTSERV@...)
listname-signoff-request (unsubscribe from the list)
listname-subscribe-request (subscribe to the list)
listname-unsubscribe-request (unsubscribe from the list)
