I am exasperated by this one user's inability to send mail to my server.
I always receive the following error message:

Error-For:  [log in to unmask]
Error-Code: 1
Error-Text: Host unknown (Name server: fpc_mail.fpcusia.gov.:
non-recoverable error)

Error-End:  One error reported.

There are other successful subscribers on that server (running Windows
NT). The Admin person says he sees nothing wrong (of course). This may
not be a LISTSERV problem, but I need to start *somewhere*... Any ideas?
