Today my mailbox is down, as a result of problems my internet service
provider is having. The list is subscribed By_Owner. From a new address I
just set up I can see that people will get their carbon copy messages from
trying to subscribe, but my address can receive no mail. Will listserv
recognize the problem and store all the sub messages that should go to
my mailbox?
