Hello listmembers,

Is there a way to do a NOT subscribed to topic1?

I know how to retrieve a list with who is subed to topic1 with:

 Q listname WITH TOPICS: topic1 FOR *@*

But since only a few of all our members have unsubbed from the
ADMIN topic I would like to retrieve a list of those members only
instead of comparing two huge list... Is it possible to use the NOT
search key in this string and if so, how?
