Subject: Owner-XXX and XXX-Request
 
Given a list names XXX, what's the difference between
Owner-XXX and XXX-Request.  I see both of them on some
of the notes.  Typically I see this based on owner approved
acknowledgements which show:
Return-Path:  Owner-XXX@...
.
.
.
Reply-To: XXX-Request@...
