The web server that hosts your list uses SSL (secure sockets layer)  
to encrypt connections. I suspect the subscriber who brought this  
issue to your attention is using a web browser that is not up to  
snuff as far as certificate handling is concerned. The subscriber  
should try another web browser, or make sure he is using the latest  
version of his preferred web browser.
