Lame. Very, very lame. The commands were deliberately engineered to
be inconsistent to keep us ham-fisted yokels away from the caps-lock?
Talk about Biff-o-phobia! OK... I can live with it. The underlying
reason I appear to care is that I have a subscribe-by-owner list with
two geographically distant owners, one who forwards the requests back
to listserv, the other who just mails them. Anyway, I'll just fix the
carnage manually, and ask them to respect the case. -Kary
