This is just a suggestion, because I lack experience and I'm hoping someone
else in this forum can shed more light.

But I have been setting the NO_RFC2369 parameter on the Misc-Options=
keyword in all my lists, because I had been told many mail clients display
the "Unsubscribe" buttons where they can easily be triggered accidentally.
And in the years I've been doing that, a lot of mail clients have simply
gotten worse about presenting mail quickly and cleanly, so the chances of an
accidental triggering of a button have probably increased.

Simply not handing mail clients a hair-trigger "Unsubscribe" option seems to
me to be safer.
