I have discovered what I think is a programming error with WA.EXE and
the management interface.  I had a member who was on NOMAIL why he
moved.  He wrote with his new address and asked to be put back on mail.
 So, I typed in the address change and set the subscription to MAIL using
the admin web interface.  The server FIRST changed his subscription
option and sent a message to THE OLD ADDRESS, and THEN it
processed the change address command.  It seems that it would be better
if the server checked to see if there has been a name or address change
FIRST before processing any of the member setting changes.
