I'm also having problems with MCIMAIL addresses.  This is what
I'm getting:
 
> The following mail message could not be forwarded
> to MCI Mail for the following Recipients:

>         To: 0006400211 <[log in to unmask]>
>
> MCI Mail stated the message could not be sent because:

> At least one problem with envelope
> 686 Organization Name or MCI ID must be included in address along with the
>     user's name when sending to a Non MCI employee
 
This address worked fine until this morning.
