Eric,
I think that you will find that all of the members that are being
"unsubcribed" are either Hotmail or MSN people.

A month or two ago, with the last "automatic" update of Windows Live ...
an Unsubscribe Button. was added that only shows up on their screen when
viewing a message from a subscribed list with proper headers.

It is of course displayed right next to the Delete button and is very
easy to hit accidentally.  I have had one member unsubscribe at least 10
times.  My only explanation is that she is hitting the unsubscribe
button accidentally.
