Quoting from the manual:
> Notify= Defines whether or not  (or to whom) subscription notification is sent
 
You get the report per-action, not per-day, but you DO get sub/unsub info.
 
I archive my lists daily, on another machine, using a script that
sends the GET command and compares the old list to the new list
so I get the clean report you mention. It will NOT, however, show
me people who sub and unsub on the same day, nor will it show me
who has changed their topic or other settings.
