What is the "sort" keyword here?  I don't recognize it or see it in the
listowner manual.

Is "[log in to unmask]" an owner?  Owners may bypass the filtering

* Filter= *@*
essentially blocks everything,  then

* Filter= Allow, *@*.XYZ.EDU

Would make xyz.edu an exception to block everything.
