I'm a new listowner that is trying to figure out how to get our Listserv
software to automatically send a welcome message out to each new subscriber.
 
I can send the message text manually to each new user, but would prefer if
Listserv did this for me.
 
We are running Listserv, version 1.7f, on a VM machine.  Please let me know if
you need to know any other information in order to answer my question.
