I have a list that 1 of 2 moderators review any messages from person's
that have been placed on review for one reason or another, but not the
messages of people not on review. MESSAGES OF PEOPLE NOT ON REVIEW GO
STRAIGHT TO THE LIST.

We just went to 2 moderators and want BOTH moderators to get ALL the
messages to OK, instead of the load being split between the two. (I
just noticed this in the manual under appendix B and did not realize
this was happening) I assume I need to add "ALL" to the "moderator="
line so it would be

        moderator= all, address1, address2

Is this correct?

My next question is this. Is their a way that I can fix the header
where when one moderator OK's a message, and the other OK's the same
message but makes a change to the message, that the 2 messages will
not be duplicated on the list. (Both sent to the list) This is
mentioned under the discussion of the "moderator=" line and they
recommend setting a line as "send=editor, HOLD". However my send line
is "Send=Private" right now and I do not want to go to "send=editor",
I assume. Can I set mine to "send=private, HOld" and accomplish this
or is this an invalid command? Is my thinking correct on this.

Thanks for the help and thanks to Ben Parker for the last suggestion,
which is working. But I just noticed this thing about the load being
split between the moderators and I do not what that, nor do I want
double postings between the 2 moderators.

--------------- The Moderator section of Appendix B ----------

Moderator= <netaddress1>,<netaddress2>....

     This keyword defines which editors of a moderated list receive
postings for
     forwarding to the list. The default is the first editor as
defined by the "Editor="
     keyword. If multiple moderators are defined, the load is spread
               ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
across them.
^^^^^^^^^^^^
     Note that all editors may still post directly to the list, but
only those editors defined
     by "Moderator=" will have messages from non-editors forwarded to
them. Beginning
     with 1.8c, if the parameter "All" is coded before the list of
moderator addresses,
     LISTSERV will send copies of all postings to all moderators, any
of whom may
     approve the message. An example of this would be

     * Moderator= All,[log in to unmask],[log in to unmask]
       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
     Note that this could also be coded as:

     * Moderator= All,[log in to unmask]
     * Moderator= [log in to unmask]

     Assuming "Send= Editor, Hold", once a message is approved by one
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
of the
     moderators, any other moderator attempting to approve the same
message will be
     told that an identical message has already been posted to the
list.

     If "Send= Editor" (e.g., without "Hold"), please note that if a
note is appended or
     prepended to the edited post, or if the body of the post itself
is edited (that is to say,
     if the body of the approved message is changed), duplicates are
possible. Thus it is
     important that the moderators of any list set up this way pay
close attention to
     whether or not the posting has already been approved by another
moderator.
