I am the owner of one list, and a co-owner of a second list. We don't user
Moderators, Editors, or any of the other roles, so off the top of my head I
am not sure what all responsibilities each role even has.

However, I know at times that the list headers have needed to be modified,
like to up the Daily Threshold, or maybe the Default Options, or to simply
change things around should the need arise. Are there other roles that
allow someone to do this? What about the ability to Manage Subscribers
(especially through the website)? Without pulling out the documentation, I
am thinking that only an owner can do all of these things.

Personally, it would nice to have the option to give someone almost complete
power, except the power to actually remove me from the ownership role.
