   An Owner of a list ADDs people to the list, individuals SUBSCRIBE
themselves to the list.  The command should be:

   ADD mindsonline [log in to unmask] Bob Berg Pw=XXXXXX

from an Owner account, of course replacing the XXX's with the owners
personal password.
