Make sure the Notebook path in the list header on the new machine is
correct for the location of the actual notebook logs you copied over.
Do NOT copy the old test-l.db* files (only the test-l.logs*) to the new
Notebook directory. Do NOT copy ANY of the
~/archive/test-l/test-l.ind* files to the new machine, just create the
directory and leave it empty. Then either PUT the header or Update via the
web interface. LISTSERV will then re-build the web archive indices from
the notebook logs (which must be present and accessible for web archives).
