To find out what peer sites Listserv recommends for a given
list, send the command
 
EXPLODE listname (BEST nn
 
to Listserv.   This does not require the setup of peers ahead of time.
LISTSERV will return a file to the list owner, giving a list of sites
to which subscribers should be moved, and the list of subscribers.
