We learned this the hard way. I put the variable owner as an argument, so
to make it easier to switch primary ownership between people. For more than
24 hours all posts sent for review disappeared (which is a fair number as
we review all first posts, plus other people). I still have no idea what
happened to them. Fortunately I only tried this on one list. Just a little
embarrassing.
