Have the nonsubscribed people sent you copies with full headers?
Maybe they'ld give you a clue.  We had a similar situation.
By comparing the headers from several of the victims I traced it
to a guy in Britain who was pulling the stuff from various redistribution
services and sending it to people he thought might be interested,
i.e. those who might be interested in his new medical service.
I contacted his ISP and told him he was to cease and desist, forthwith.
