Hi Ron - You might want to consider posting your question on the 
Listserv Site Administrator list <[log in to unmask]> You 
may find a broader spectrum of people who have ported their site from 
one system to another. The short answer to your question is that if you 
can export your groups into Ascii text, you can import them into 
Listserv (either via email command or GUI) as long as they conform to 
the import format. See 4.4 in Listowners manual.
