I have seen this error message regarding "unbalanced >" only from
mail having to do with the internet node "loc.gov"   Can anyone
explain what it means?  --Ralph Papakhian

2850 in  the console log,  has been identified  as a possible  delivery error
notice for the following reason: mail subject indicates a delivery problem.
