wa.exe errors in 15.0

Updated to 15.0 yesterday, now starting to see wa.exe errors reported in windows, typically:

> szAppName : Wa.exe     szAppVer : 0.0.0.0     szModName : Wa.exe     
> szModVer : 0.0.0.0     offset : 000483b9     

This ring any bells?  Want one of the dump files?
