I have a question about this.

will block anybody whose email is something like [log in to unmask]

I don't think this will block variations on the theme, such as
[log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask] -- will it? Do
you have to put in filter= *@*.domain.name in order to block everything
from every host in the domain?
