Does NORENEW make this user immune from auto-delete?  Thats what is
needed here.  If not,  Lsoft, please put this need in for an enhancement
suggestion.  A suggested name could be NOAUTODEL.

Then I could do:  SET listname-l NOAUTODEL for *@MSN.COM
                  SET listname-l NOAUTODEL for *@HOTMAIL.MSN.COM
