Folks,
One of my subscribers, who thankfully is only an infrequent sender,
is generating a slew of error messages from almost every other computer.
 
The error message is:
554  Unbalanced '>'
 
        and
 
501 Unbalanced '>'
 
What should I tell this subscriber in South Africa to do in order stop
the error messages?
