The command should be SET DBSOCIAL REVIEW . . . . .

An informal post will sometimes be incomplete.  The PW= is needed but it
can also be in a different format which is mostly useful when you have
multiple commands to do.  i.e:

// JOB  PW=xxx
SET DBSOCIAL REVIEW FOR user@host
SET something else
SET yet another thing
other commands as desired
//  EOJ
