LISTSERV@TAMVM1 is running LISTSERV-TCP/IP. It is set up so that incoming
NJE messages are accepted, but the reply is always via mail. The only way
to use the database interactively with LISTSERV-TCP/IP is to use MSP, aka
"Internet TELL" (but I don't think MSP is installed at TAMVM1).
