When a mailer generates a delivery error, it sets the MAIL FROM: field to
the empty  string. This  is a  signal that,  if the  message (I  mean the
delivery error) cannot be delivered, it  should just be dumped and no new
delivery error should be generated. This  is a rare but normal occurrence
which your mail problem should be able to handle.
